Kaylee Sword, MACP, CCC

Reaching out can be one of the hardest steps, especially when you have been the one carrying so much for so long. Whether you’re navigating the transition to civilian life, or rebuilding after displacement and loss, it can feel overwhelming to hold everything on your own. Taking that first step toward support is an act of courage.

Kaylee is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). In our work together, she will gently explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and patterns that may be impacting your day-to-day life. With care and at your pace, we will work toward making sense of your experiences, untangling what feels heavy or confusing, and creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with what matters most to you.

She takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, relational and attachment-based frameworks, while staying attuned to the nervous system and your unique lived experience.
